Experience
Over 35 years experience as an engineer providing project management, construction management and construction services for private and public construction projects. Assignments have included site selection, project planning, project implementation and project closeout. Projects have included institutional, commercial, industrial and heavy construction projects. Mr. Henri has a good understanding of contract language, estimating, scheduling and claims negotioation. Position responsibilities includes installation of underground utilities, structural steel, tilt-up, building finishes, clean rooms, high purity systems, tool installation, school (k-12) construction and higher education facilities.

His experience has included assignments from Field Engineer through Corporate Management with profit and loss responsibility. His assignments have included feasibility studies, design only, construction only and design build projects. Projects have included both direct hire construction and construction management. Site location have included eleven (11) states with the United States, China, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
